Roots fan acoustic enclosure is mainly applied to Roots fan AR-S series and JAS-S, JTS-S series of Roots fan. The role of the acoustic enclosure is also as the name suggests, the main role is to prevent noise pollution. cgsz series acoustic enclosure is specially designed for Roots blower. From the performance can be divided into simple type, medium-effective type and high-efficiency type three kinds, sound insulation in 15dB (A), 25dB (A), 30dB (A) or so. From the structure can be divided into two kinds of integral type and detachable type. The dimensions are determined according to the configuration of the unit. When installing the acoustic enclosure, the four bottom edges of the acoustic enclosure should be padded with 80mm wide and 10mm thick rubber strips prepared by our company, and the position of the acoustic enclosure must be correctly positioned, so that the inner wall and the main body of the unit do not come into contact with each other, and at the same time to ensure that the exhaust pipe can pass through the side-wall openings smoothly, and the installation of acoustic enclosure should ensure the sealing to prevent the leakage of sound, which will affect the noise reduction effect of the acoustic enclosure.
