3, the inspection of the triangle belt fan running for a period of time, the triangle belt will be elongated, this time to loosen the motor fixing bolts, move the motor, tighten the triangle belt to the appropriate position and then tighten the motor fixing bolts, and pay attention to the motor pulley and the fan pulley end face should be in the same plane, at the same time, check the top of the two pulleys tightening screws are not loosened, such as loose, please tighten it.
4, check whether the oil is mixed with water or dust and other dirt and deterioration, such as deterioration, please replace the oil in a timely manner. It is normally recommended to replace the lubricating oil once every three months.
5, check the drip nozzle drip oil condition is normal, such as drip nozzle dirty can remove the adjustment screw for cleaning.
6, check the filter, air filter inspection daily check whether the air filter is dirty, such as dirty air filter can be unloaded, spinning butterfly nut, take off the cover, clean the filter sponge (unloading the filter to pay attention to not drop dirt into the fan host). If it is too dirty, clean the oil filter or replace it in time.
7、Check the flexible condition of the safety valve, if it is not flexible, please clean and debug to ensure reliable opening and closing.
8, check for oil leakage, air leakage parts and timely repair, often check the fan and motor operation, such as noise, temperature abnormalities should be promptly shut down for maintenance.
