- Vertical Kiln Blast
Cement raw material is added from the top of the kiln, combustion air is fed from the bottom or lower side of the kiln, and the material falls vertically in the kiln mainly by its own weight. The fired clinker is discharged from the lower part of the kiln and the flue gases produced are discharged from the upper part of the kiln. Similarly, it is also used to supply air to small blast furnaces for ironmaking and iron cupolas.
- Homogenizer mixing
The compressed air discharged from the blower enters the material layer through the inflatable box at the bottom of the reservoir. According to a certain law to change the bottom of the library and the mixing room of each region of the inlet pressure, so that the material fluidization and up and down roll and intense mixing, in the mixing to get homogenization. It is usually used for homogenization of raw materials in dry process plant, homogenization of raw materials with coal and mixing of clinker.
- Fuel atomization
Tunnel-type ceramic kilns, vertical magnesia kilns and glass pool furnaces are generally fueled by diesel or heavy oil. Fuel into the kiln diameter should not be too large, otherwise it will fall from the flame. Usually use the blower discharged compressed air, the fuel atomization, so that the oil flow is first divided into fine strands and sandwiched between bubbles, and then ruptured into a small diameter oil droplets fog group.
- pneumatic conveying of dust
For the large amount of fly ash produced by coal-fired power plants, the dust collector is first used to collect it into the ash hopper, and then the coal ash is fed into the pipeline, and the compressed air discharged from the blower is utilized to make the gas enter into the ash bank in a streaming state; or a vacuum pump is set up at the end of the ash conveying system to pump the gas in the pipeline, so as to make it fall into the ash bank.
